Launched in 1994 with the motto “Every Home Will Become a Workshop,” BELMEK courses turned this vision into reality in 2021 with the establishment of the Başkent Women’s Cooperative, which emerged from within the organization. As of 2026, by joining the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities, BELMEK has become an internationally recognized brand producing at world-class standards.
