Antalya Tavşan Yüreği Olive

Antalya Tavşan Yüreği Olive is a local olive variety grown in Antalya, named after the heart-like shape of both its fruit and pit. Its firm flesh, thin skin, and easily detachable pit make it particularly suitable as a green table olive. The Mediterranean climate and the influence of the Taurus Mountains contribute to its relatively large and fleshy fruit structure. Commonly prepared in brine, Tavşan Yüreği Olive is one of Antalya’s most distinctive local olive varieties.
