Antalya Paça Soup is a traditional local soup prepared with beef head meat and bone broth. Its creamy seasoning mixture, made with egg, saffron, and wheat flour, gives the soup a rich texture and distinctive flavor. The meat, bone broth, and seasoning are prepared separately and combined at the time of serving, which is one of the dish’s defining characteristics. Traditionally served with a local sesame-free bread ring known as “koşma,” it is an important part of Antalya’s culinary heritage.
